Hi - If I use a specific canvas size in PS, as you recommend, will the blog be able to grow (stretch) to allow for multi content, comments etc.?

Is it best to keep the bottom half of the design a solid colour so it can stretch?

I'm just wondering how this will effect my design in PS or will the blog remain the same size I design in PS?
