Please read the following guidelines carefully. If you fail to fulfill one of them, your Theme or Site will be rejected and you’ll have to resubmit it. Save our and your time by checking these guidelines twice ;-).

So, Submission rules:
  1. You are the author of this website / theme. All fields are to be completed correctly. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of the information you give.
  2. There are no ads and links to the other websites in design.
  3. Please make sure you have valid HTML and CSS, most of the times.
  4. Please see to that, your website looks the same across the most common browsers.
All websites / themes submitted are reviewed before being added to our website. So, please be patient after submitting. You’ll be informed by e-mail if your work is accepted.

If you want to become an author and sell your items on our website, you are to know:

1. If your item is approved, the reviewer inspecting the item submitted will give it an appropriate price and the item will then appear at our portal. If an item is not approved, you’ll get some explanation on whether the item needs improvement to be accepted, or is not appropriate for sale here. So, in both approval and rejection cases, you’ll get an e-mail from us.

2. If you are an author of the item submitted, you have the responsibility to only sell items that belong to you. By selling an item, you are making an agreement not only with Divine Project but with anyone who buys your item that you own full copyright to that item, and have appropriately licensed any auxiliary content that it makes use of.

Submitting your author’s work to our website you agree it is licensed under a Creative Commons [This license lets others remix, tweak, and build upon your work even for commercial reasons, as long as they credit you and license their new creations under the identical terms. This license is often compared to open source software licenses. All new works based on yours will carry the same license, so any derivatives will also allow commercial use.] 3.0 license.

3. Note: If you have already submitted your theme / website to our portal (in other words, you got an e-mail with approval from us and now see your work at our website), you are not allowed to delete it, and then re-submit it again.

Divine Project may, at its sole discretion, revise or change these Rules (in whole or in part) from time to time and at any time without notice to you. Changes in the Submission guidelines will be effective when posted by us on the official website.
