Looks great, but I couldn’t get it work! I tried in two different computers one with CS3 and the other one with CS4. The problem is that “Divine” doesn’t appear in Photoshop’s menu, it is as if I had never installed it. Hope you fix it guys!
Arip, you’ll find Divine in Photoshop CS3 here:
Divine->Publish or File->Automate->Divine
In Photoshop CS4:
File->Automate->Divine
Matt, unfortunately for now you can only use Divine under Windows. But the good news is that we are planning Mac version of Divine in future. As soon as we release it, we’ll let you know.

What a great plug-in. I would love to see it work but it keeps telling me to uninstall the plug-in in CS4. This is a great idea and I hope your able to fix.
@Olga, thanks for the tip, but altough I’ve already install it several times the option “Divine” doesn’t show up. Something I forgot to mention is that my OS is in Spanish and so is Photoshop. May that be a reason for Divine no to work?
Thanks,
arip
Arip,
there are two ways of launching Divine after installation: by going to Divine->Publish or File->Automate->Divine in Photoshop CS3; by pressing File->Automate->Divine in Photoshop CS4.
Hope this helps:)
This is a very great effort making this free software. I installed it on my photoshop 7. It installed properly but I couldnt able to figure out how to add element to it and how can I assign style to it.
Hello Pathik,
Unfortunately, Divine doesn’t support Photoshop 7 at the moment. We work with 32-Bit products only.
Photoshop 7 is in our plans for future, though:)
I have used this and it works successfully in term of sidebar and post section but in term of the the header and footer gradient it will not export same as the design. i have seen your all videos and work same as u show in it.
What I mean by defining an area, is that You should be able to use the marquee rectangle (like in Photoshop) and markup and area You want to designate as a footer or header etc etc. (But perhaps You’d be able to that in the version you pay for.)
One practical thing would also be if You could mark and area and that the program would make it a button (a link etc), without it being text (as it is the case now).
And it’s a little strange that the user defined objects (that’s like made to be used as menu links, have symbols for them that make em logo like LEGO tiles, it would be better if you had some kind of anchor symbol, to symbolize them instead.
Btw perhaps a little bit more “un-sexrelated” template, will give you guys and even more proffessional feal..
Great work otherwise and it’s really good looking!
Andreas, a new tool called Layout Editor will be available soon in Divine Personal Edition. You may find information about it in the section “Blog” at our site. It will solve all the points you’ve described.
